ALPHA LUCAS DYLAN

“Prefect!” I muttered, dressed in my black suit. My hair curl to the back.

“How do I look?”I asked my beta, Bailey father.

“My daughter won’t be able to take her eyes off you Alpha” he replied and I let out a chuckle.

I was feeling nervous. Couldn’t wait to see my Luna.

“Let’s go Alpha. I’m sure she’s on her way there and I’m sure you wouldn’t want to keep her waiting “ he said and I nodded. Right before I made my way towards the door, a searing pain cut through my chest as I crumbled to the floor.

I grabbed my chest as the pains didn’t subside.

“ALPHA! Are you okay??” My Beta asked.

I take deep breath. I thought it was normal pains but when I realize it’s when your mate cheats on you all I see is red.

That’s not possible.

Bailey wouldn’t such to me.

I attempted to stand up, but another blast of pain shoots through me, toppling me over. I attempted to get up again, Beta Francis trying to help me stand, but when I do, I push him away. I made my way out of the room, trying to find my mate.

I got to her room, I throw her door opened but she wasn’t there. The sharp pains continued as i grit through the worst of it.

Tears burn my eyes as I try to breathe through the pains. I’ve never felt this before. It feels like metal spikes on fire continuously stabbing all over, mainly focusing on my chest.

“Alpha!!” I heard someone called. I turned my head to see my mate sister.

“Your mate is in my room. I can’t believe she brought in someone to fuck before the wedding….”

I couldn’t wait for her to finish before I rushed out.

“Bailey……..”

I sniff the air for her scent which leads me to where she is.

I could smell her in her hiding place. I could smell her tears. I could smell her sweat. I could smell her fear.

But my nose picked up on her scent almost as soon as i stepped a room. I reached down and lifted it open.

Round brown eyes –much like her mother's—stared at me with sheer, unadulterated horror. My heart clenched. She couldn’t look me in the eyes.

Tears escaped from my eyes. She fucking betrayed me.

“How could you???” I muttered. I felt so hurt.

It was supposed to be our wedding day. A day she will be mine officially.

Out of all day, she decided to betray me on our wedding day?

I turned back and walked out. My wolf let out a roar. He was in pain. I shifted, letting him take over as I ran towards the woods.

We were hurt and we needed to cry out. I ran and ran until we were exhausted. The tears streamed out of my eyes. I fucking accepted her.

She let me claim her only to break my trust?

How could see be heartless???

I felt so hurt. I let out a loud cry. I held my chest. The continuously pain in there was unbearable.

It hurt more than I’ve imagined. I’ve to do the right thing. I’ve just banished her from my pack.

She betrayed me and doesn’t deserve a pack. She will have to pay!

BAILEY POV

“Banished! Banished!!!”

The pack members screamed immediately I came back to the pack after my run.

“Isn’t she such a whore?”

"Oh! Yeah! She's a slut. She should be banished and sent out”

"She's pathetic ..."

I could hear the vile things they were saying about me but I couldn’t defend myself. My chapped lips were sore, and my throat stung so badly from my earlier whines.

I looked down at my now tattered clothes. Just when I was about entering the pack house, Alpha Dylan came out.

I quickly rushed to him and knelt.

“Please forgive me Alpha and give me a chance to explain myself” I cried out. I didn’t know what his judgement is yet but I deserve a chance to explain myself right?”

“Even if my parents didn’t believe me, he will right?”

“Enough!” He growls, his words sending shivers down my spine.

“I’ve heard enough of your pathetic peas” He groaned. His eyes darkened and hatred for me was evident on his face.

“ I, Alpha Dylan, Reject Bailey Frances as my Luna and Mate…….” He said and I felt my heart clenched.

Nooooo…..

I screamed. I fell on my knees. The pains was recruiting.

“I never want to see your face ever again, you're dead to me and I want you to leave the pack immediately" he added.

I let out cries. I was in pain but never once did i look away from his eyes.

His eyes that were once filled with love for me suddenly stared at me with repulse and hatred.

"How…. How can you do this to me?!. I was set up and I'm carrying your child Dylan!. I wanted to tell you as a surprise after our marriage. How could you!’l

I screamed out in tears. He seemed surprised by that then he suddenly glared at me.

“And how am I so sure that the baby is mine? You've been sleeping around, haven't you? Why don't you go meet those other males you in bed with and see if they'll believe your little sob story?" He said and I held unto my chest.

How could he said that.

I would never cheat on him. I was set up by Reginal. If only he could believe me this once.

My eyes widened then i let out a groan as my heart clenched with pain.

"Please believe me…."

I could hear the murmurs all around me but my sole attention was on him. The man i loved, the father of my child.

“I'm tired of hearing you speak, Bailey. Get her out of my sight, you have been banished from my pack from today onwards!"

I choked on my cries as the guards walked up to me and grabbed my arms then dragged me away roughly i flailed around trying to get out of their holds.

“How could you do this to me Dylan?. You said you loved me! How could you not listened and believe the woman you claimed to love?. If you turn away from me and the moment I leave this pack, you’re dead to me. No matter what you will say I’ll never, ever forgive you!” I yelled out in anger, sadness and despair while tears streamed out of my eyes but even with what I said, he still turned away from me and walked away.

I saw my family from afar, the people that were supposed to be by my side. But the betrayal came from there.

I would never forgive them. I watched them turned their back on me too and left.

As i was led out of the pack house, i was dragged, propelled, scorned, and had objects thrown at me .

Tears streaming down my face, swiping roughly at my face, i recalled the events of the past few hours.

Everything was like a scene from a movie, and i was still convinced that it was all a dream and that i would wake up sooner or later, but this was reality, and it was staring her down.

Barely a few hours ago everyone was preparing for my wedding. Mom and dad was overwhelmed that I was getting married to the Alpha.

Reginal did everything possible to make preparations.

Alpha Dylan couldn’t wait to spend his remaining life with me.

Is chuckled. Life itself was funny.

With no one to defend or fight for me but myself, fresh tears streamed down my cheeks, my face changing to one of pain and pity as i recoiled my arms around my torso.

I sobbed in grief and distress.

My hair was scattered across my face, and narrow shoulders, and the nagging cold had me shivering in pain and cold.

I stared at the park once more. The pack i knew all my life.

The pack i grew up in.

My lover…..my mate….. my family. They all turned their back at them and she would never forgive them.
