Those days passed and Alpha wasn't his strong self anymore, but he had a son, Alpha Coleman, he wasn't in any way as brave, or understanding as his father was, but Coleman was, not more than a rude, proud, and obnoxious son of the alpha.

Something it made me wonder, was how a wonderful man like alpha Nathan, would give birth to a good-for-nothing son, as Coleman, I was driven to believe, maybe wasn't his son, as the day passes, Coleman continues to be an asshole.

There isn't anyone who would've told me otherwise, Coleman is and will always be an asshole.

Mona shoved the face of her brother, and she again dragged me further to the love of my life.

Right there, I could feel my legs shaking and my heart beating so fast, standing so close to Elijah.

His innocent brown color eyes, and his lips as he wet them with his tongue, made me uneven to get to anything, all I did was stare and listen to Mona and Elijah, both conversing with each other...

Later, Mona's head turned back and she leaned aside, introducing me to Elijah.

"Let me introduce you to my friend, she's Ivanna, she's a Werewolf like myself,".

She held her hand, finally, but let it go on Elijah's own hands.

Elijah took charge and he shook me.

I couldn't say anything, I smiled and foolishly nodded my head.

He asked but directed the question to Mona, who understood what was happening to me.

She takes over, by playfully dragging my hands away from Elijah's well-moistured hands and dragging me away.

We went back to the balcony and only did I get my senses back.

"Oh shit! I froze didn't I,?".

I said, finally understanding I had lost an opportunity to become friends with the handsome and dashing Elijah Grant.

"Yeah; you didn't even say anything, what is wrong with you,?".

Mona went out to drag a bottle of champagne and came back, meeting me still stunned by what happened.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know what came over me,?".

I apologized, taking the bottle of champagne away, I grabbed the glass and poured the wine inside...

We both clicked our glasses together before drinking.

I couldn't believe that I had lost an important meeting with Alpha Elijah.

I left there, feeling sad, after spending time talking with Mona, after she was asked to go back to the party and stand at the side of her dad, Alpha Nathan.
