Ray got on the phone immediately and he called Chris and Celeste, telling them to meet us at our favorite restaurant. We drove there quietly, both lost in our own thoughts. Then I got another text from Freddie that really upset me.

"My father did another test, Allison. It has been confirmed that I am his heir. And soon, I will begin training to discover my hidden Lycan wolf," he texted me, making me so fucking furious.

"Hear this," I told Ray, showing him Freddie's text.

"Freddie still has the guts to threaten me, can you believe that?" I asked angrily, throwing my phone at him in anger....
