I, Cole, and a few of my men trailed carefully behind him; the last thing we wanted was to make a mistake, and he would notice that he had been followed. 

Thank goodness he is in pain, so he would be so concentrated on it that he wouldn't even bother picking up our scent. 

At some point, we were scared he might decide to go treat himself at the hospital first before anything because honestly, he is in a pretty bad shape. 

It was a damn long walk, in the woods but seeing him in front of a big mansion made it all worth it.
