I wasn't aware that someone was coming towards the door. It suddenly pushed open as the guards that came in fired shots at my legs before I could say a word.

I dropped the gun on the ground and lifted my hands to indicate my innocence. I could see the master of the Omegas coming towards me. She had been instructed to drag me to the Omega district so I'd start working there, and never get to see Killian again.

My problem now wasn't staying in Killian's pack. It was: Killian, do you need me in your pack? If yes, treat me well. If not, then let me...
