When I saw Lucius's hard breathe, my heart raced with panic. I rushed to Raine's side, my mind racing as I took in the scene before me. My brother lay pale and still, the weight of darkness pressing heavily upon him. Raine's face was streaked with tears, her hands trembling as she held onto him, desperation etched in every line of her expression.

"What have you done Raine? Why is my brother becoming more weak? Don't tell you have tried to kill him? In my presence?" I shouted but she couldn't provide the answer that I needed.
