I stood up from the dust in the ground, wiping the blood away from my mouth and straightening my hand where he had bent it. My brother had saved the day by telling me where to strike and even though his information was not verified, I knew what to do.

I didn’t know if it was seeing him or the information he gave me that renewed the strength that had been drained from fighting with this man, but the purpose glowed in my eyes and my brain started to calculate the next optimal move.
