Aunt doesn't say anything for a brief moment, she look shocked.

Which makes me wonder who this Austin is, is he a bad person?

"If he's back, why haven't he come home?" Aunt asked in a calmer tone.

"I don't know know, I don't know his motive yet....so for now, we all have to be careful"

Aunt nods and turns to me, her enthusiasm gone.

"Jane, go back home for now....... We'll continue our preparation tomorrow!"

I didn't argue argue because I'm honestly happy we aren't going out of town again.
