I looked at Bena's message with very mixed feelings. It was dangerous to meet Bena alone, but I had no choice.

I had to protect my marriage and my family, and even though I knew that Lawrence didn't have feelings for Bena, this was different.

I wanted Lawrence and I to be in peace. I would rather take care of this now than having to be wary of Bena's attempts at always hurting our happiness. Especially now that I was with a child.
