Shanvi POV.
As Ammama wanted I went to fetch water. I am all used to this. If ammama was not there then I wouldn't be here. She was the one who gave me shelter when my own parents left me on the roadside.
Let me tell you. Ammama found me roadside. She only said to me ' I don't know why I picked this girl from the road' she always uses this line whenever I made a mistake. Once a day, I will hear these words from her. Or else both of us are not satisfied.
From then I am with Ammama. She gave me shelter. From childhood, only I started to take responsibility and go household chores. Some show pity on me.
I am great full for ammama as she let me study. I have completed my bachelor's in commerce in a government college. Ammama as warned me first only that she can't bear my expenditures so I completed my education in government seat. I had a dream to do masters in the city but ammama didn't let me. So I work here only now, as ammama didn't let me work in the city. She wants me to be with her in her ending stage of life. So I work as a clerk in SURYADEV TEXTILE. The money is sufficient to feed us.
I don't have any friends. I am not used to strangers. I won't blend easily. So only I don't have friends. Even in college, I didn't communicate as. As everyone who came to know about my life will show pity on me and I don't like that. I don't want to be a charity case.
With my thoughts, I reached the pound. It's covers with greenery the pound reflect the greenery. I pulled my pants a little up so that it doesn't soak in water. I am very careful with pounds. I am more scared to go any further, as I don't know swimming. I washed the tumbler first. And took one step into the water carefully and fill the clean water.
I need to hurry up. I need to go to the temple too. So I fastened my steps. I reached early before the average time and breathed heavily. I filled the water it copper jug. Ammama always drinks water in the copper glass as it's good for health. I went to her room.
Shanvi: Ammama I am going to temple after coming from there I will prepare breakfast.
Ammama: okay go and come soon.
I took Pooja basket and confirmed all the needed things have been taken. I walked to the temple. I went to the temple, there were not many people at this early time.
I offered my pooja to God Durga Devi. I prayed in my heart to give the best life to everyone and help all of us. I met the pandit them.
Shanvi: Namaste pandit.
Pandith: Namaste child.
Shanvi: how are you uncle??
Pandith: I am fine. How are you??
Shanvi: I am also fine.
Pandith: I know how much you are fine. Don't mask your sadness with this fake smile child. I hope God bless you with happiness in your future.
Shanvi: what's written in my fate will happen uncle. We are all just puppets in the hands of God.
Pandith: well I can't argue with you. Can you do me a favor and pour this holy water to the Kalyani.
Shanvi: okay I will.
He went away. I lifted the copper heavy vessel on my hips.

I went to Kalyani. Some of them where also present here doing early morning prayer to the Lord Sun. I stepped carefully on the steps. It was sloppy we should be careful while taking each step. I went to the last step. I picked the copper pot from my hip. When someone from the back shouted to go a little far. I took one more step carefully it was too slippery. I hold the out the pot in the right angle to pour the water out.
Suddenly the water in the pound was making bubbles. I screamed as the.....................
