The next morning...

My alarm goes off at 5 in the morning, and I quickly turn it off before Amelia wakes up. I get up carefully so as not to disturb her. I go to my drawers and pick out running clothes. I enter the bathroom and change into a pair of short lycra shorts, a sports top, and my sneakers. Grabbing my phone, I head out of the house, put on my headphones, and start my run.
