I scan the content, it’s written that she wants us to be business partners in a boutique. The details are easy to understand and she also provides a list of the materials that we’ll be needing.

Looks like she prepared for this.

I took my time to understand what was written in the papers. As of now, I can see that she is serious about this proposal, but I can't just accept it today because I still have to consult May for the things that I don't know that were written in this paper.
