"War?" Damien asked, watching Kira with a questioning look on his face.

"Unfortunately, yes Damien. There has to be war. You may not see it yet but the war has already begun. They're literally challenging us by killing our people right under our noses and that is basically a declaration of war from their end. Besides, shouldn't we have known? Isn't that why I had to come here?" Kira replied in a very serious tone.
