Chapter 2

[Serena's point of view]

"Serena sweetie you're the happiness of our family. So Daddy will promise you that he will do everything to protect you. He will not let anyone to hurt you my princess."

Since I was born in this world my father showered me with love and happiness. I'm a papa's girl. We plan that on my 18th birthday she will be my last dance.

Because my father is not just my father. He's also my knight in shinning armor and my first prince.

How can I accept his deal if I know my father's life is at stake "I-i can't do that, pl-please be different .." I begged to look at him.

Hoping he would change his mind and set me free. I know those in government are his target but Daddy.

He's a good man. He never steals the people's money. He never showed anything bad or stepped on people.

That's why I don't understand why this criminal even wants to kill him.

"Nah nah nah. I want your dad's life and even if you dont help me I can kill him in just a blink of an eye." I couldn't speak anymore because I was quickly overwhelmed and looked at my two hands that I could not move because of the handcuffs that pulled them.

Even my neck ached from the sudden tightening of the handcuffs that were here. I seemed to be a stone that could not move.

Exodus was holding a small knife as he faced me. He smiled devilishly and I quickly bit my lip when he used that thing to cut small pieces of skin on my arm.

"You really have a soft skin little mermaid." he whispered proudly as he continued to injure me. "S-stop pl-please..i-it hurts .." I could hardly see because of the tears in my eyes.

I never thought I would experience all of this. I know that tonight I will die.

My body will only be reported tomorrow in the news because I will be among the people killed by this shameless criminal.

I was very weak and I felt like I was going to bleed from what he was doing because when he finished wounding my arms, he went to my leg.

He grabbed my leg but I gathered my strength to kick him which he immediately avoided. He tightened his grip on it and was about to bring his knife closer when he was stopped.

He let go of the knife he was holding before caressing my leg. I was horrified by what he was doing until he lowered his head and sniffed it.

"You smell so good." he kept smelling it while I was shaking in my position.

"Ok since I love your creamy legs I'll spare this." he even touched it with small kisses before releasing it. I immediately put my thighs together because I was already open when he separated them.

Aside from the thin dress I was wearing I was only wearing undies underwear.

I thought he was going to let me go and leave but I couldn't help but stop him from putting a hose on the glass where I was going.

I don't know where he will use it but my question was only answered when he drew water.

"A-what are you doing?" I stuttered the question. "You're a mermaid so you need a water right?"

Water? I was stunned by the smell of alcohol coming out of the hose and not water.

My eyes widened quickly as I guessed what he planned to do. He filled my body with wounds and put alcohol on the glass of this aquarium.

He plans to soak my wounds in alcohol that will give me and my body a lot of pain.

"Oh. You're scared?" one after another I swallowed. For the first time I felt so angry that I was able to look at him badly even though I was so scared.

"I wish you will rot in hell you devil!" I can not do it anymore. If he continues to torture me I will just ask him to kill me.

"Don't worry little mermaid, hell is my palace because I'm more evil than Lucifer." he gave me a smirk again. The aquarium was completely filled with water and he dropped my hands on them.

I just closed my eyes on purpose because I didn't want to see him. I don't want to be able to see the face of that demon even in my death.

Daddy, Mommy, Kuya's and Haru. I love you all so much. I'm sorry if I wasn't able to say goodbye to you, if I only knew I would have said and made you feel how much I love you.

A tear first welled up in my eyes before I was swallowed up again by the darkness.

Why? Why am I still alive? As soon as I opened my eyes, I immediately asked myself.

Why hasn't he killed me yet? Why am I still breathing? Will he really torture me hard before I take my breath away?

I have been imprisoned here for three days. He still tortures me and treats me like an animal.

The only difference was that I was no longer inside the aquarium but I fell to the ground and had a handcuff around my neck like a dog.

Continulation Of Chapter 2

I am very weak because apart from my wounds that are full of pain and have not been healed, my stomach is also growing with hunger.

One day he only fed me once. I don't seem to have a voice anymore because he's giving me water to drink, and I feel like I'm running out of it every time I cry.

I was stunned for a moment when I heard the door open. From there I could hear his heavy footsteps approaching me.

"Eat." his authoritative command before falling down in front of me a tray containing food.

I immediately wiped away the tears before slowly sitting down and looking at him "B-why haven't you killed me yet? P-kill me." I seemed to be whispering because of my voice that seemed exhausted.

I saw her lip lift again because of what I said. I just noticed that he was also holding a cigarette.

He was smoking in front of me as his red eyes stared at me intently.

Actually this is the first time I have seen red eyes. I can't quite imagine that such an eye color exists.

"It seems like last night you were so scared to die. Tell me little mermaid, do you really want me to kill you?" I was still stunned when he spoke Tagalog.

In his appearance and when he speaks English, he seems to have a race, so it never occurred to me that he could speak Tagalog.

"If you're just going to torture me, just kill me, I-I'd rather that than be with or see a demon like you every day." I don't know where I got the strength to say that to him despite my fear.

But I thought it was the end of my life so I would make it worse for a while.

The smirk disappeared from her lips and her aura seemed to weigh down. I immediately backed away and took a deep breath as he quickly approached me and grabbed my arm hard.

He held it tightly causing me to scream because of the pain. I had so many wounds there that he was also responsible. Now with the tightness of his grip, my wounds that are still bleeding are also pressed.

"Don't worry I'll really be going to kill you but before that I'll kill your father first so that the two of you will be going to hell together." he pulled a gun out of his pants.

I thought he was going to shoot me in the head but I only shouted when I felt the impact on my neck after he fired it.

I almost lost consciousness when the handcuffs fell on my neck because it was damaged by the shot he made.

He quickly pulled me upright before we walked out of the basement. I immediately started to cry.

During the time I sat I had difficulty walking because my knees seemed to stiffen.

I couldn't take it anymore so I sat down because of the pain "D*mn! Stand up." full of emphasis on his command. I looked up before shaking my head.

"Hi-I can't." pag amin ko. I don’t know what her reaction was behind her mask but I was quickly surprised when she sat down before the bridal lift me up.

I just looked at him in shock but his eyes were just focused on the road.

We were inside a big mansion. But even though it's big you won't see anything because apart from a sofa and tv in the living room you won't see anything else.

Even assistants or guards you will not see either. I still dare to ask for help from them but if there is, will they help me?

I was captured by their demon boss so maybe even with a helper here they wouldn't be able to help me escape.

The demon and I entered one of the rooms here. A large room with its own balcony opened up to me.

Large white bed and few appliances. The demon approached one of the doors before releasing me suddenly.

I complained of pain in my ass when he suddenly released me. He was really bad.

He knew that my body was in so much pain but he still acted like I was a stone without feeling.

"Go take a bath." he commanded coldly as he stared at me. He also opened the bathroom door so I saw that there was still a bath tub inside.

"A-what are you really planning?" why did he bring me here? Why is he bathing me? Yes, I know I smell bad because I smell blood, but won't he kill me too?

Why do I even need to take a bath?

"Just obey me, you don't want if I f*cking get mad again." from what he said it seemed like I should really be scared so even though the situation was difficult I forced myself to stand up to take a bath.

When I entered the bathroom, I quickly leaned against the door before crying and hugging myself.

I'm so scared that I don't seem to want to go out where I am now. Daddy says he will protect me?

He says he won't let go of his lone princess? But why until now no one is still helping me? Why am I still here?

Is there really no hope? Should I really accept that I will die at his hands?

I stood up trembling before taking off all my clothes. I went down to the bath tub and the water seemed to turn to blood because of my wounds.

Every time I dart at them there are small cries coming out of my mouth.

They mommy they never let my skin have the slightest sore. It was a pet but the skin I had cared for for a long time was quickly broken by that man.

I close my eyes before tiredly leaning my head on the tub.

Exodus, what is really our fault with you? Why did you do this to me?
