"Stop right there!" Lian commanded in a tone that he hasn't used on her in years.

Mia couldn't help but freeze on that spot. She couldn't go against that command.

"Come back here." He said again and slowly, Mia climbed down back.

"You must accept her apology and get things right!" He said again. He signaled at Rosie to apologize and the latter got it.

"I'm just sorry for all I've done to you. I feel bad now that I look back on them, I'm sorry." Rosie said in a broken tone and a tone that sounded sincere.
