"You are fired from your company," said Vikram Aditya looking at Ahana with no guilt in his eyes.

Ahana looked at Vikram Aditya in shock. 'How easy is to snatch the work of others? he didn't even investigate anything Her random thinking and her shock turned to anger.

"Could you tell me the reason?" She asked furiously looking at him. She came to the mindset that she became jobless and she doesn't have to beg them anymore.

Vikram glanced at Shiva.

"You have to ask this question to your manager" replied Shiva.

"Oh! Well! Who said to me? Of course, Your CEO! Who gave you the rights to snatch my Job?" The fire in her eyes is clearly visible. She stormed her statement towards Vikram who is sitting in front of her. Then, she averted her gaze towards Shiva.

"You did some blunder so you are fired. Don't just waste my time" replied Vikram casually. He was in hurry to go to another meeting.

"I was here from morning to evening without doing anything. How would you people sitting under the a/c know the difficulty of the employees? Who are you to end my job? I am telling now, Even if that manager begs me to continue the job, I am not ready to continue" She rebuked and was about to leave the place.

Her phone rang and ignoring that she came out of the room. She picked up the phone and pressed to her ear anxiously after seeing the name displayed

"You were fired for what you did," her manager said authoritatively.

"I never knew this kind of human exists but yes they do, in the form of you. Don't dare to do it with another woman, beware of it" her voice shook him from top to bottom. The manager was in extreme shock hearing her reply and he ended the call at once.

She stepped out of the company. The hidden hunger visited her again. The company restaurant was in front of her eyes. Though she couldn't go hungry, her mind vowed neither to take water nor food from Vikram Aditya's restaurant. She left the company in one go. There were many shops lined up and she paused near a juice shop.

"Bhayi, give me a fruit juice" she asked gently.

"Come in" he said, pointing to a chair.  she came in with a smile. From there, Vikram Aditya Company was clearly visible. She sat in another direction where she couldn't see anything.

Then, she took the juice and drank it. Her hunger was somewhat subdued. After giving the money to him, she stepped towards the bus stand. She boarded the bus. She sat in the empty seat. She remembered the worst happenings of today. She didn't even dream of leaving her job. Thinking about how excited she left the home in the morning, tears fell and wet her pink cheeks.

The phone rang that brought her to the present. The phone call was from her sister, Kavitha. After correcting her throat, "Kavitha, tell me" her motherly voice bloomed. Ahana is the second mother of Kavita. She took care of her family after her father's death.  Ahana feels happier to fulfil her sister needs without hesitation.

Kavitha informed Ahana about the payment of the semester fee. Ahana was not in the position of arranging the semester fee within fifteen days.

She gets down from the bus placing the bag on her shoulder. She was in deep thinking. The solution is finding a job only helps her to look after her family. She reached her home in a short while.

Ahana's home was in the centre of the coconut farm. There was a stream behind the house. The water drenches the coconut trees and other plants. The scenery adds more beauty to that normal sized home with three rooms. They owned four-cent land alone. Her dad bought this land when he was alive with the intention of his daughter's marriage. With his remembrance, the ladies were not reluctant to sell the property despite the hardship. Her mother cuts the coconut once every two months. She would sell half of the coconuts and deposited that small profit in the bank for Ahana's marriage.

Ahana reached the home and plop down in the chair. A little later, she got refreshed and attended to Jaya's call.

Ahana informed everything to Jaya that happened in Vikram Adhithya's company. She added Kavitha's examination fee payment too. Ahana also requested Jaya to inform about new job recruitment if she was aware.

"Ok dear, I will inform you. Don't worry Ahana. Also, don't hesitate to ask me if you need money urgently" Jaya comforted her.

Followed by darkness, The moon and stars get brighten. The gentle breeze chilled the place. Ahana collected the last one week newspaper. She noted down the Job requirements and their address. There were three interviews tomorrow. She planned according to the timing of the interview. Then she arranged her certificates properly. Her goodness she didn't give her original certificates in the previous company.

The clock showed 7 p.m. Her mother and her sister came together. Ahana didn't show her worries out. She has hidden everything behind the smile. The usual chit chat happened between the family after dinner. Kavitha would share everything to Ahana.

"Sister, In tomorrow's college function, The great business tycoon Mr. Vikram Adhitya will be the chief guest. All our college students are very much excited about it" said Kavitha with a smile covering her lips.

Ahana scoffed at once hearing his name. She picked up the nearby water bottle and drank it.

"Do you know about him?" asked Kavitha excitedly.

Ahana paused for a while, "Hmm, I heard about him. Feeling exhausted. Let us sleep" Ahana was not interested to talk about him. Hearing his name itself seems to be horrible for her.

"Good night,"

The next day,

Ahana got ready and was about to go at

6 a.m after convincing her mom. Within an hour she reached the first company. At 9 a.m, the interview started. She concluded that she wouldn't get a job there due to certain norms of the company.

The time has reached 12 p.m. She hired the auto and reached the second company, lately. The interview had ended already. The interview in the third company was at 3 p.m. After taking the meals, she was about to go to the third company. She walked straightly to the nearby bus stand. The sun rays directly fell in her head. She didn't consider anything and reached the bus stand. Then, she boarded the bus. The bus was moving smoothly in a desert-like area. The clouds get darker suddenly followed by heavy rain. The dried plants and trees welcomed the rain. The cracked pond jumped out of happiness as the raindrops are filling the pond. Raindrops wet Ahana's face too but she didn't bother about anything. She started enjoying the rain without knowing the worst was about to happen.
