The sky was dark and gloomy, just like Dolly's mood. She sipped her drink as she looked up to the sky. She was outside, by her balcony, thinking about the letter, the short note.

She shivered lightly as a result of the cold and decided it was time to go in. As she stood up, she saw a shadow lurking in the dark. She strained her eyes to look but it seemed like it was gone. All was silent again.
