I glanced at my wrist watch impatiently one more time as I looked up at the staircase.

What's taking them so long, they've been there for hours.

I heard slow footsteps and I looked up at the staircase.

"Introducing the latest Mrs Ford '' Rhoda said and immediately Mabel walked out.

For a moment there I really couldn't see Mabel's face in this lady , but it disappeared as soon as it came .
