At the restaurant later in the day ....

"Nope, I won't be joining today!"

"I'm just here to inspect" I said immediately I walked into the kitchen and the chef began calling out to me.

I picked up my cap and work it over my hair.

"Look guys , I can't be here all the time so I need to be sure that you can handle everything while I'm absent!" I said and they nodded.
