“For group ten, we have Cassie, Michael, Lucas, and Stella,” Mr. Anthony called out.

My heart thudded faster with each name. He had already gotten to group ten. I was still waiting nervously and impatiently to hear mine.

“Group eleven,” he continued, glancing down at his list. “We have Soraya…”

Oh my, finally. My fingers tightened around my pen as I waited.
