Elder Nahara started the ritual the next day. I was falling through darkness and I could not stop. Elder Nahara's voice was somewhere above me telling me to find the connection to my wolf but I could not hear her properly. Everything was muffled and distant like I was underwater.

Then suddenly I was not falling anymore. I was standing in a vast empty space with nothing around me except white light that seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
