I watched Samantha in a bit of surprise, I was not too surprised, anyone could be anyone's mate.

"You are not surprised?" Samantha asked me.

"That was probably why she was in the picture."

"Do you think she would be a huge hinderance to Cassie and James?" She asked me and I simply pulled her close.

"Before I and Lauren completely broke off our friendship, she already told me that she rejected her mate, she has rejected James since a long time, there should be no issue about her."
