Clara was disappointed because she thought Lia was going to collect Nick’s lunch.

“Thank you but you didn’t have to.” Lia told Nick and collected Clara’s own.

Nick dropped his hand and walked out of her office. He didn’t want to show Lia that he was disappointed. She rejected his help and he felt pained. He shrugged and dumped the lunch bag inside the waist bin, he went back to his office and started working.

He tried his best not to think about her but the more he tried, the more she appeared and messed with his head.
