"Maria," I called out.

"There's no need to worry about the guards anymore," She stated, she was the one I had contacted about disabling the CCTV cameras.

"You've taken care of them, I presume?" I asked with a neutral tone.

"Yes," Maria replied, her eyes flashing with anger. It was a sentiment I understood, given the horrors she had endured in Alpha Kenji's pack.

"So, what did you find out about Maria, Rho?" I asked.

"She was treated as a slave, a tool for sexual pleasure," He explained. "The entire pack treated her like trash before she managed to escape. That's when you found her".
