Silence.

We’re all sitting in silence, staring at our plates…. Well, Andre wasn’t, he’s already start eating.

I secretly nudge him and he paused, giving me his attention.

“They haven’t started yet!” I whisper yelled at him.

He looks around, everyone is staring at him…. Mr and Mrs Knight smiling, while his grandma…. Ugh! She’s glaring at him.

Andre turns back to me and put some rice on my plate.

“We came here for lunch, if they don’t wanna eat it’s none of our problem….” He locked gaze with his grandma. “Ignore them and eat!”
