Xavier's POV

"But you are here now. That is what matters." She said as she looked into my eyes to reassure me. I just sighed. I did not know what to say.

She suddenly hugged me and rubbed my back and said it was not my fault. It was comforting and soothing. I start to calm down.

I hugged her back tightly. Like she was my oxygen. I placed my face at the crook of her face and took her scent in. She was rubbing my hair smoothly making my wolf purr.

I was not able to control myself. I placed a small kiss below her earlobe....
