Bella's POV

" I want to give us a chance."

Once I had said this, all the sounds in the room had died. He had stopped laughing. He was turned the other side, hence I did not know his expression. I wonder if I had said the wrong thing.

Slowly and cautiously he turned his face around. He had an expression that I was not able to read. His eyes were open wide. I realised that he was shocked. But I did not know was it for good or bad.
