The taxi pulled into the wide driveway of a tall cream-colored mansion with large glass windows and a clean black gate. Georgia stepped out, took a deep breath, and looked up at the familiar house. It had been a while, but it still felt like home, even if she hadn’t visited in a long time.
Everything looked perfect. The front garden was neatly trimmed, and a small fountain stood in the middle of the front lawn, water trickling gently. A butler opened the front door before she even knocked.
“Good morning, Miss Georgia,” the butler said with a polite nod. “Welcome.”
