"Erin, Syd is already in his office. Just come in," she said with a smile.

I ignored her yet and hit number three. Soon the elevator opened. It means I'm here on the third floor.

I walk to Syd's office, and the staff greets me. I smile in response to them.

I need something from Syd. I want to talk to him myself. If only they could make Jariah and me at home.

I didn't realize that I was here in front of his office. I knocked slightly, but no one answered. So I decided to go inside.
