I carefully locked the door and just then, one of the guards approached me, reporting that I had a visitor. I went to my office to see who it was, it was Ambassador Ceren. She was a striking woman with fiery red hair braided elegantly over one shoulder. Her emerald green robes, embroidered with intricate silver patterns, marked her as one of the kingdom’s finest diplomats.

“Your Majesty,” she said, bowing deeply. “It is an honor to serve.”

“Thank you, Ceren,” I replied. “I have an important task for you, one that requires your utmost skill and discretion.”
