Half asleep, I was sitting in my throne room when I heard hurried footsteps. Then the voice of my chief of staff entered my ears.

"Sire," he called out.

"Yes Jacoby," I answered tiredly.

"You have a call from Prince Samael," he said, "it was about the princess."

"What!?" I said, wide awake in seconds.

"He says he may have found her, sire," Jacoby told me.
