Daniel looks up from his plate, surprised that she would bring it up, especially since they haven' really talked about anything regarding their relationship lately. He smiles fondly at the memory of last night, when he kissed Alex gently and whispered sweet words into her ear. He remembers feeling butterflies in his stomach when she wrapped her arms around his neck, resting her head in his shoulder. He recalls the feeling of her warm breath against his skin and the way her body felt pressed against his own.
