I was reviewing the coalition coordination notes when Lyn's hand closed around my wrist with surprising urgency.
"I need to talk to you," he said quietly, his voice carrying an edge I'd never heard before. "Privately. Now."
I blinked, startled by the intensity. "Lyn, is everything okay? Is it about the coalition strategy? Because I think we covered—"
"Not about the coalition," he interrupted, already pulling me toward the guest room. "Luna to Luna. I need to talk to you Luna to Luna."
