Callie’s POV:

"What?" he asked, his voice hardly a whisper.

"I kill people Isaac, I am a speed demon." I bite my lip a little waiting for another response. His face had turned pale, and his breathing hitched. I waited for him to yell and tell me he was going to leave, but he just sat there. His bright green eyes looking into my blue ones. I kept imagining our kids running around this house, their laughter like music, but with every breath I took and every second that passed... that image was slowly starting to fade.

"How did I not guess it?" He breathed out, his color returning....
