My heart ripped off in pieces the moment I beheld Reyna lying in pain in the bedroom.

"Reyna, p...please, stay for me. Stay for my sake." I said but even in her weak state, the strong walls of hatred she had built for me didn't crack a bit.

They held firm. Even unto this day, I don't know the best way to lift her hopes. I didn't know how to tell her everything was going to be fine.
