This happened just a few weeks ago. My wife Sasha and I were bicycling in the hills and she took a bad fall from a narrow path into a gully. We got her back up and managed to get back to our car, but she had pain and had difficulty moving her right shoulder and her right leg. She was wearing gym shorts and the top of her bare leg was scraped-up. She had been wearing a tube-top with no bra and had scrapes on her shoulder and collar-bone area.
