A soft gasp escaped my lips, my feet halting as I felt a sudden sharp pain across my chest.

“What's wrong Issa? Are you okay? Why did you stop?”

I drew a sharp shaky breath as I turned to Hudson who had also halted beside me. “I…I am fine.”

He didn't look convinced but nodded. “Let's hurry up then.”

We finally reached the carriages and joined the others to get all the babies onto them. 

“They need you back there. You should go, we will manage.” I said to Guardian Enzo and Lilith who were getting ready to mount the carriage and go with us.
