Liam heard the soft knock on the door. Sensing Arabella's scent, he knew who was out there. He stood up from the couch abruptly and rushed to the door. His smile broadened when he saw Arabella looking pretty on his porch.
“Did I keep you waiting for long? My father just left home to have his daily booze.” Arabella said in an apologetic tone.
