"I can't believe you think I would do such a thing." Dante said. He looked hurt, and I didn't care how he looked.

I walked over to my desk and took my handbag. "Either way," I said to him. "I'll figure out who did it. Have a wonderful day, Mr Fontaine. I'm sure you can see yourself out."

"Morgan, listen to me."

"I don't have to listen to any word that comes out of your mouth, Mr Fontaine." I stood by the open door. "The only business we have together is as business partners. Remember your place."
