I fell straight to his arms, so powerful and protective. I didn't have to lift my eyes to see who was holding me because I recognized the familiar scent, the warmth of his body. It felt weird to notice how we became so close.

" Valentina.. what's wrong...", Lorenzo asked, his eyes trying to see through me. I was taken back for a while. He was supposed to attend a meeting today. I had no idea how he appeared here. However, I wasn't ready to show him how I was a cry baby.

I mumbled, trying to escape the tragedy,

" Nothing.. Lorenzo..I..I want to go...
