The sweat beads started forming on her forehead as the panicked washed over her when she gazed at the pregnancy kit showing positive.. She did test thrice and all the three test kit showed positive.. She was also having the symptoms of nauseous sleeping then and now and she also missed her periods..

She leaned against the wall not able to balance her body weight she didn't know what to do know tears blurred her vision when she blinked it.. It rolled down from her cheeks.. She cried out loudly then palmed her face not wanting anyone to heard her crying..

The only name came in her mind it's been more than a month he left the haveli staying in his apartment it's been more than a month she submitted herself to him..

Quickly washing her face she ran out out of the washroom hastily grabbing her phone she dialled his number but he didn't pick her call after trying for 10th time she gave up and sat down on the bed palming her face...

"Seher what happen you okay?" 17 year old Erina asked stepping inside her elder sister's room.. She was shocked seeing Seher crying mess..

"Erina"she got up hugging her younger sister whom she loved dearly.."Seher you are scaring me!! Tell me what happen?" Erina asked forcefully breaking the hug..

"Erina I am pregnant" she said making Erina's eyes widened.."wha--whattt?"

Seher shut her eyes tightly shaking her head in yes.. "Means you and Azlan bhai you two" Erina fumbled with her words..

"Yes it just happens" she answered..

"Oh My Pizza shit Seher just call Azlan bhai and tell me him everything before anyone get know about it" Seher cried out loudly at her words "I tried calling him but he isn't picking up my calls"

"Oh Yes Azlan bhai has already left for New York for a deal maybe that's why he didn't pick the call" Erina said..

"Listen Seher stop crying okay? Let's go to hospital and get the test done because we can't trust this pregnancy kit" Erina said wiping her elder sister's tears "You can't cry like this you are strong" Erina further added..

Next day..

Her hand started shivering seeing the reports she was 3 weeks pregnant and then doctor's words..

"You are just 19 and your womb is too weak to carry a baby" The old lady doctor said making her numb..

"It's better if you call your husband then tell him about it.. I will give you the option of abortion" Doctor said again and she shifted uncomfortably on her seat hearing 'Husband' she called him so many times but he didn't pick her call not even for once..

"I don't want to abort this child Doctor" she said staring at the doctor.. "And stop giving me those nasty looks don't try judge anyone without even knowing I haven't committed any Zina" She further added glaring at the doctor..

(Zina meaning adultery sex before marriage and it's haraam (Forbidden) in Islam and it's one of the biggest sins)

"Miss you are too weak and even your womb is too fragile you can't carry the child you might lose your life for it" Doctor tried to make her understand..

"I want to give birth to this child Doctor" she said her voice was clear.. Doctor prescribed her some medicines and then she walked out..

"What happen? What doctor said?" Erina asked impatiently who was waiting for her elder sister to come out.. "Doctor said baby is fine so as the mother" Seher lied..

"Why are you disturbing me seher ? I am in new york busy with my work why can't you understand?" He yelled from another side of the phone and she pressed her lips tightly to not to cry out loud..

"Azlan beca..use of th.at nig..ht--" he cut her in between "What because of that night huh? Why can't you understand that it was a mistake seher I got carried away so as you dammit I don't love you and I know you don't love me too so why can't you just forget it" H yelled at her again the frustration and anger was dripping from his tone..

"Azlan listen to me" She tried to say again but he didn't let her "Stop fucking annoying me dammit I don't want to talk to you and don't you dare to call me again" and the line went dead and she broke down crying loudly..

Now what she would do?

She couldn't even said this to anyone they might take in a wrong way as their ruksati hasn't done yet..

"I love you baby I will give you better life" she whispered after wiping her tears and her palm caressed her flat stomach..

A week later..

The loud thunderstorm occurred scaring the shit out of her.. She turned and stared at Erina who was sleeping soundly beside her..

She was weak and pale her health was getting worse every single day she wasn't able to eat anything and all the thoughts were making her more depressed.. Crying every night was just cherry on the top she has no one to share her feelings she just couldn't share everything with Erina as she was just 17..

She didn't regret of that night not even a bit but Azlan's cold behaviour have hurted her way too much she wanted to talk to him but he?

She glanced at the wall clock which shows 12 night.. She was feeling cramps in her stomach from morning and there was some negative weird feelings inside her.. The whole Siddiqui Haveli was silent as everyone were out of station except she, Naano and Erina..She already made a plan to go to doctor at morning to get herself checked..

She get off from the bed and went towards the huge glass window staring out as it was raining heavily with thunderstorm and lightening..

Taking a deep breath she grabbed her phone staring at his picture which made her heartbeat go wild..

She didn't know it was love or not but there was something between them something precious still his cold behaviour was hurting her she wanted to talk to him she wanted to tell him everything but he was being a total jerk not giving her chance to talk..

"Almighty why are you testing me like this? What is my mistake? You took away ammi and baba and now this.. please give me some peace Almighty" she whispered to herself and placed her phone aside..

Just then she felt a sharp pain in her lower abdomen it was to much that she stumbled and sat down on the floor with thud not able to balance herself.. Her head felt dizzy and tears blurred her vision due to her loud cry Erina wokeup..

"Seher what happen? Shit Why are you crying like this get up" Erina panicked seeing her elder sister's state..

"Erina it's pain.ing so mu..ch" she muttered in pain her hands clutched her lower abdomen.. She knew what was happening with her and she knew she wouldn't going to see her unborn baby's face.. She knew her baby was no more..

She checked everything and even her reports clearly stated that her womb was too weak to carry the baby still she wanted to give it a try but now when she felt wet down there she knew her baby was gone it wasn't there anymore.. The was only Blood.. RED..

She knew about all the symptoms she was studying science still she wanted to give it a try but she failed failed miserably..

"Wait I am calling naano we need to take you to the hospital" Erina said and seher held her hand shaking her head in no "Don't wake naa.no up she isn't fi.ne its already late at night and it's even rain..ing hea..vily I'll be fine just help me to g.et up" Erina helped her to get up and then she screamed seeing the blood in seher's white kurti..

"Shit seher blood oh My God you got period damnn you are pregnant you have to go to hospital now otherwise--" Her sentence was cut by Seher's blank expression and curt sentence "My baby is no more"

The pain she felt in her lower abdomen was literally made her numb still the pain in her heart was more than that.. The only thing running in her mind that she couldn't save her child..

She stumbled not able to walk and Erina held her.. "Seher you'll be fine okay? It's a natural miscarriage I know how to handle this just go and change then I'll get you OTC pain tabs and heating pad you'll be fine" Seher felt lucky that her younger sister was caring for her so much.. Erina was her only family..

(OTC - Over The Counter Medicine which you get in any pharmacy stores without prescription.. ex- Aspirin, ibuprofen some pain killers etc)

She took Seher to the washroom and handed her a fresh outfit and pads "Change it I am coming in a min don't try to come out" Saying Erina walked out..

She somehow changed it and splashed water on her face..

Erina then helped her sat on the bed and gave her cookies "Have it then you'll have the medicine I talked with your doctor she said you need to have biscuit or something then she told me to give you the medicine and heating pad and at morning you are going to the doctor with me"

She somehow ate two cookies and gulped the OTC tab..

"Erina I am fine you sleep" Seher said taking the heating pad from her hand.. "Shut up seher I know you aren't fine stop pretending now lay down" Erina said glaring at her..

Next day..

As expected after the checkup she got to know that her baby was no more doctor prescribed her some medicines and told her to take complete rest as she was way tol weak..

"Maine Azlan bhai ko bohot saari gaaliyan deni hai he is such a pig (Damnn I want to curse Azlan bro very much)" Erina went on cursing Azlan while Seher was lost in her thought..

"Erina please don't tell this to anyone not even Azlan I am so done with all this I want peace can you please leave me alone I want to sleep" Seher said and Erina shook her head in no "Ohh Mohtarma (women) what you think of me huh? Do I look like some fool that I leave you alone.. Aur phir apne ro rokar apni tabiyat aur kharab karleni hai huh? (Then you will cry and make yourself more sick) Chup se rest karo I will be here with you and don't you even dare to cry"

Seher gaped at her younger sister widening her eyes "Main baadi hu tu nahi (I am the elder one not you)"

Erina forced a tight lipped smile and said "Haa duniya mein jaldi aagayi thi aap toh but still you behave like a baby crying all the time so be strong seher don't let anyone affect you I know you lost your baby but please try to forget it.. Allah has better plans for you keep your faith in him.. Allah kabhi hamein itna dard dete nahi hai jitna hum seh na sake.. Allah knows our limit and he knows what is good and bad for us so now stop thinking about all this and sleep"

"You are the bestest Erina" Erina smiled at her words.. "Hayee shukriya shukriya woh toh main bachpan se hi hu Erina Ahmed is the best example of beauty with brains" Erina and her self love talks made Seher smile a little amidst in pain..

Seher lost everything first her parents then finally she found a little care and affection in Azlan Siddiqui who broke her heart into zillions of pieces and then when she realised that she was pregnant she thought everything would going to be okay but then also it also snatched by her and she was left totally broken hurt and torn..

Flashback end..

Seher got up folding the prayer mat as she was done praying magrib namaz.. Sighing she looked out of the window knowing that this time her ruksati will take place no matter what..

She didn't want it and she couldn't even say no.. she don't want to face Azlan nope she dont't hate him hate is the big word but the way he had hurted her she wouldn't going to forget that ever.. There was a time when she picturised her happy family with Azlan and their two little babies but now it doesn't make any sense.. She wanted to go away from him..

"Erina Zayan apse nikaah karna chahte hai (Erina Zayan wants to marry you)" Shahista said to Erina who was busy fiddling with her duppata..

She was dreading for this moment only she didn't know what to answer now.. "Beta apko koi zabardasti nahi karega aap nahi chahti hai karna toh aap mana kar sakti hai (No one will force you my child.. if you don't want to do it then you can say no)" Faizan her maamu said to her softly..

She wasn't able to look up as Zayan was sitting just opposite to her his gaze drilling holes on her skull..

"Nikaah? Naano maamu yeh kya baat hui Erina abhi choti hai aur woh koi shadi nahi karna chahti hai (Nikaah? Uncle grandmother what is this? Erina is still a kid and I know she don't want to do this marriage)" Erina's eyes shot up as soon as she heard Seher..

"We are not forcing her seher we are just asking her" Shahista said to her granddaughter softly..

"I know she don't want to do this Nikaah so leave her she is too young for all this" Seher said and held Erina's hand "come with me" Erina placed her hand on Seher's and said.. "I am ready for this nikaah" Erina's words shocked Seher while Zayan smirked hearing her..
