My jaws dropped open as Jake led Kristen inside the hall. Jake ignored my etched shocked face as he led her to the center of the hall.

The elders in the audience stared curiously at Kristen as they exchanged glances at each other.

“My fellow elders of this great rogue pack” the elders in the middle called the attention of the confused elders.

“What is going on here?” I barked as I got up from my seat. “I demand an explanation, why has a nonmember of the pack come to the meeting hall?” I snapped.

“We were…” the elder tried to defend himself but I cut him off....
