"Father, I do not have a reason but I do not want him anymore." I swatted my hand away from father and I headed to my room.

"You have to pack your stuff you are leaving with your brother first thing tomorrow, your training will start so you can build up your wolf stamina and your strength, if you are to be alpha Rayvan's Luna, you will have to..." I didn't want to hear the other words coming from Father, the more he talked about Rayvan, the more it irritated me, I did not want Rayvan, the love I had for him was replaced with hatred the very moment he sent me to those bloody hybrid that wanted my blood. I can't blame them, they had no idea what that asshole did to me a few hours ago.

"Lily..." Brother called out to me, I tilted my head to him, and he took my hand and walked beside me into my room, once we were out of sight of Father, he pulled my hand, "Tell me, did something happen between you and Rayvan, because you seemed disappointed." I nodded slightly to him, "What did Rayvan do to you?" He growled, his face void of emotions, I parted my lips to tell him everything that happened but I locked my lips almost immediately, I did not want my brother to go to war with Rayvan, it was going to call for war if he found out all the evil things he did to me. "Come Lily, tell brother, you know brother will move the earth for you, if that monster did something to you, just tell me, I will not hesitate to wedge war against him and his Pack. " I shake my head, that is it, the one thing I do not want. We just lost most of our resources because of the rogues' attack, I am not going to let Brother do that.

"I am fine, he didn't do anything against me, I am just scared that he might get hurt if he decided to claim me and was Intercepted by another Alpha?"

"Come on, Lily don't believe in all those rumors that you heard about claiming." I tilted my head to him.

"Of course, it's scary, Mother said even though father was her faded mate, her parents had forced her into the claiming and father was able to claim her with so many bruises." I watch my brother sign as he helps me pack my stuff into my bag since we will be leaving first thing in the morning before it becomes bright.

"Oh Lily, stop worrying about Rayvan, he is strong and he could fight every alpha that might want to intercept him, and you know my little princess, you never can tell the goddess might just spare you and Alpha Rayvan that scary episode. She might just give him to you as a fated mate." I look at my brother, I don't think he gets it, I do not want Rayvan anymore, and I do not want to see him anywhere near me, I sigh, knowing I can't tell my brother what I feel about Rayvan now. "What if I don't meet my mate? What if I don't love him when I meet him? Or what if it's the other way round, he doesn't love me."

For a second I had wished that my savior was my mate, but what if he already had his mate, I signed in frustration as I threw my stuff into my bag and pulled the zipper. I didn't even tell him my name, he has no knowledge of who I am, maybe I should have asked him if he already had a mate and invited him inside but I was scared that father would find out what happened and to think I didn't show him any sign of appreciation, I was acting like a brat again. What if I never met him again, stupid I should have told him everything my heart felt for him.

"Lily, stop overthinking stuff that hasn't happened, I am sure your mate will love you, you are the most loveable fellow that I have ever seen, and any alpha, beta, or Gamma that is fated to you, will love you."

"Brother, did you think it's possible for me to love someone that is not my mate?" This time he pulled my hand and made me sit on my bed, pulling me close.

"Lily look at me..." I tilted my head and my gaze was focused on my brother, "You always have a choice to choose who you want to be with, and you know brother is always here to support whatever decision you make and if ever you want to be with the one you love and he turns out not your mate, I will still support you, you know I do not believe in fated mate." This time, I smirked knowing that brother had come home after one of those Pack wars and kept asking questions about having a chosen mate instead of a fated mate, father didn't like the idea, and we all wondered why he said that because he was just eighteen and the possibility that he will meet his mate is high. "So you see little princess, If ever you don't like your mate, feel free to ask for rejection and I will always be here to help you through it." She said pecking me and standing from my bed, "You should go to bed, you reek of some fellow with a mixed smell, like that of a wolf and vampire." I choke, "Relax, is that the one that caught you...."

"No, go to bed too." I interrupted him, and he smiled combing his hair with his fingers before his hand went back to his pocket, this cunning brother of mine, I thought he hadn't smelled anyone on me ever since, and now he was about to leave he was bringing it up.

"I will go to bed but don't give your hearts to vampires, they could be manipulating, sweet, and sour at the same time."

"Hmm..." I hummed moving my hand, folding it under my breast and he nodded. "You seemed to know more about than, if I may ask, which did you have an encounter with?" I was curious to hear the name or fellow that brother might have come in contact with for him to say such a thing, maybe, I could use that to trace the fellow that saved me.

"I know a whole lot of them, cute and dangerous"

"You said that before, just give me a name." He moves closer to me, lowering his lips to my ear.

"Why do I feel that you are dying to hear me mention a name or take a Pack? Didn't the fellow tell you, his name?"

"Brother..." I called in frustration pushing him playfully. "Just go, I do not want to talk to you, and for the record, I didn't meet with any vampire, this shirt belongs to Rayvan, I went out with him, so you got it," I said grimacing at him.

"If you say so, I thought I could help you." He smiled wide at me, that malicious smile, I knew he was going to tease me nonstop, till I spilled the beans but no way, so I thought of ways to make him get off my back.

"Even I thought I could help you with that fellow that makes you want to take a chosen mate. If only, you could tell her name."
