I slowly went on his side and started to shake my hand in front of his eyes.

No reaction.

I started to call him by his name.

“Ethan, Ethan, Ethan” yet he is not reacting.

I slowly placed both of my hands on his shoulder and started to shake him.

My movements were very slow. I have read somewhere that if a person is zone out then we shouldn’t wake them up cruelly as they might die due to shock.

I don’t want my friend to die for the following reasons:

He is still young and unmarried.

He doesn’t have any kids.
