I tossed and turned on the bed, my thoughts all over the place, my head spinning. I couldn’t stay in the same space with him for so long because his aura was too strong.

My eyes were swollen when I woke up. I yawned. Alpha Alaric was gone. Why did he stay yesterday and make me sleepless?
