When we got to the Blue River Clan territory, Quill led us to my Dad who was in his meeting room.

 

“He's in there,” Quill told me and taking a deep breath, I opened the door to the room and walked in with William behind me.

 

“Alpha Robert,” Quill bowed to my Dad. “I have brought Ava back just as promised Sir.”

 

My Dad looked up from what he was doing and his expression turned from serious and formal to a softer and warmer one.

 

“Ava?” my Dad said, looking at me with longing and sadness. “Ava, my dear. My daughter, you are in fact back.”
