I was shocked hearing Ammi. She kept caressing my hair and talking.

"Roshni, you have done more than enough for me, for us. I am really lucky to have you as my daughter. But you can't keep going on like this. Now you should have a family of yourself."

Having enough of the words, I spoke up, "What are saying, Ammi! I can't just leave you two alone all by yourselves and go somewhere else."
