He stared at me for an agonizingly long moment with an unreadable look.

Then something flashed in his eyes.

He tilted his head slightly and grinned at me as he said, "That's really interesting..."

I frowned and asked innocently, "What do you mean?"

As if I didn't know exactly that he was wondering how I had accomplished it.

His ice-blue eyes almost seemed to glow as he stared at me and then answered with a charming smile: "You, Ella. You are really interesting..."

He emphasized every single word.

And he even used my real first name!
