Only when Zach's car vanishes out of sight did I turn around and head back inside.

As I pass the hallway, all I can think of is the so called beast. The odd wolf is neither evil nor a curse. Dangerous? Yes. Evil? No. Why can't Zach see that?

Either I'm right or everything that happened just now was a hundred percent Zach and not the 'beast's fault at all.

I have to call Beta Justin. He needs to go look for the Alpha King.

Hopefully, he won't shift and make trouble. Or maybe he'll return to his girlfriend to continue what he couldn't do with me.
