Kirill was ready to throw the damned alarm clock out the window. It is strange that Kira did not hear him. She fell asleep as if nothing had happened. The alarm clock was in his bedroom, but the sound carried perfectly into the guest room.
"We'll have to get up," he said regretfully.
It was still dark outside the window, but the left nightlight gave enough light.
The alarm clock began to ring on the second circle. Kirill reluctantly threw back the blanket and noticed dried crimson spots on the white sheets. I touched it with my hand.
